Before you decide
Do I need an OpenAI account?
No. AI is built into every plan and the cost is included in your per-employee price. If you prefer your own keys, for zero egress or a specific model, bring your own is available under Advanced settings on all tiers.
What happens if I exceed my token budget?
You see a banner prompting you to upgrade. Your data is never locked in, and you can export everything at any time.
Are the statutory calculations verified?
Yes. Every rate table for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDF carries its official source citation and the date it took effect. The security page lists them with links to the source documents.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Plans are per employee per month, so you can move up or down as your headcount changes. Nothing is locked to an annual commitment.
